WHO
should attend?
If you want to make a major contribution to your organization
and career and you think knowledge
and its practical applications are
important, then these programs are for you.
Our industry participants come from all walks of life, most
with years of experience. Some come to
enhance their resumes; most
come to enhance their managerial and implementation skills, both
individually
and in groups, to spearhead their company's improvement initiatives.
We have repeatedly
been invited by these practitioners to teach those
same concepts learned in our classes to their
organizations.
We encourage former graduates and their contemporaries to lean
and participate together. Teams
do exercises that employ actual problem-solving
techniques learned in class, while applying them to
existing company
problems. Multiple instructors work with breakout sessions that are
organized to
work
on specific current problems students introduce.
We encourage a mix of attendees from many
business
environments and
expect lively discussions on many facets of business applications.
When they leave this class we want everyone prepared to begin
or enhance their continuous
improvement
programs with an array of tools
and techniques for a practical approach to problem
solving.
